One of our most important outreaches in our parish is our parochial school, which is centered on God and faith.
When the parish was started, a school naturally followed, and it has continued to be a part of the Saint Denis tradition to this very day. Though the way the building and the community have shifted to meet the needs of each period of time, today we find the school very much an active part of the parish and community, adapting to the needs of Catholic and non-Catholic students alike, giving them foundational knowledge, especially in their faith, to allow them to grow into the sons and daughters that God has created them to be.
We like to tout our school as housing the “Saint Denis Difference” which shows that we do not simply strive to be like any other educational institution, but that we have many things that set our education and formation as disciples apart.
We feature a classic education model from Memoria Press, to not only cover the basics of education that one would expect from a public institution, but we also cover more classics to allow for greater critical thinking abilities and also the ability to plug into other classical languages and schools of thought.
We focus extensively on sacramental grace, having our students participating several times weekly in the Mass, as well as regularly in Reconciliation, the Rosary, and even weekly Eucharistic adoration. We focus on providing a faith-centered approach to everything we do, and want to exemplify for our students that faith as a part of everyday life isn’t just an option- it is a goal.
Our current program encapsulates grades from infancy all the way through eighth grade, ensuring that when you join into our school community, it is not something riddled with unnecessary transitions from one place to the next, but one that can be home from the early years all the way through high-school.

St. Denis graduates consistently score high in aptitude testing both in our school and beyond, and spread their wings well to reach their fullest potential, and to bloom where God has planted them.
